A Moment In Time

	Some studios offer up to 1000 images. Why do you only offer 300-400?
	When comparing the number of images you will receive, it is important to consider whether you are receiving proofs or finished images. We hand screen every image and eliminate all duplicate or unusable images. We crop, color correct and (where necessary) enhance each images. This includes minor retouching (blemishes, etc) and more advanced retouching for key images, such as cloning out distracting elements. See the "Before and After" gallery for some examples of advanced retouching.
	We want to have the traditional formals, but really want to focus on candid shots of our guests and the reception. What is meant by "a blend of traditional and candid" images?
	We take LOTS of candids. This is an advantage of two camera coverage. On averge, half of the final images are guest and reception shots (candid). On the client page is a link to our image-hosting site. Please feel free to browse the galleries of recent weddings to see the blend of formals versus candids.
	How long is your full day coverage? Do you charge for travel? Do you take images at selected locations after the ceremony for formals?
	Full day for us starts at ~ 90 minutes prior to your ceremony and continues until all the key images from your reception are taken - generally we finish up about 30 minutes before the end of the day. There are no additional charges for travel. We are at your disposal for travel to alternate locations for formal images. We remind you to adequately plan for this when setting the ceremony and cocktail hour times. If Don't forget to factor in at least 30 minutes for the receiving line if you are having one.
	Why do you feature ZookBinder albums and what if we want a different kind of album?
	We have used many album manufactuers over the years and our our couples have most frequently favored the ZookBinder albums. Additionally, ZookBinder's has a great reputation for quality and timely delivery. Now that they have expanded their line to include the three major album styles - digital flush mount, coffeetable and traditional matted- we really love the results. However, if you have a manuafacturer style that you really favor, we would be quite happy to provide a price for you using that manufacturer.
	How can I make sure that the Album is designed how I want? Is there an extra cost to having different images in the parent albums?
	With our on-line review and approval process, you will have complete control over changes to the final product. We only print after you have approved all designed pages. Our parent albums are priced based on materials only - they do not include design costs because they use the same design as the Bridal Album. However, unlike many studios, we will allow you to customize two pages with family-specific images for each of your parent albums at no additional charge.
	How does your service differ from the large, local studios?
	Unlike some studios, where a freelance photographer hands off his/her film and proceeds to the next wedding of the weekend, we are personally invested each image we take and oversee all post-wedding services. We will meet with you several times before your wedding to understand your style and preferences. After your wedding, we'll continue to work with you to be sure that your input is reflected as we create your beautiful, customized wedding album.
